Over the course of 29 years working in construction, remodeling, and related fields, I have a lot of success stories to share. This page shows some recent work that should give you a good idea of what kind of transformation is possible in your home or business.

I built this wine bar for Merrill Gardens retirement community in Tacoma.
The inside of the wine bar features a sink (below the level of the upper counter), refrigerators, and ample shelf and cupboard space.

This elegant glass-paneled wall separates the wine bar at Merrill Gardens from the reception desk (see next photo).
Here's the reception desk, designed to coordinate with the wood and design in the rest of the space. Elegance and luxury!

Here's the kitchen of an apartment in Seattle's University District, before I went to work.
I replaced all the cabinets with an updated look, installed a full-sized oven and range, replaced the countertop and added counter space with the extended bar, updated the sink and faucets, installed a range hood, and tiled the elegant backsplash.

You can see a close-up of that backsplash in the header at the top of this page!

This room in the same apartment had outdated wood paneling and needed new flooring.
With a clean coat of paint and attractive wood floor, it's a much brighter space!

Similar wood paneling contributed to the bathroom in the apartment looking cramped and dingy.
Once again, fresh paint, new tile, and updated fixtures made it so much more bright and inviting.

This apartment building in Queen Anne looked like a relic of a decade best forgotten.
With new windows and all new siding (shown here still awaiting a fresh coat of paint), the building is ready to take its place in the 21st century!
